Personal Auto Insurance provides valuable protection for you in case of an auto accident. Personal Auto Liability is required in every state. There are many different coverage options available and we can tailor a policy to meet the needs of you and your family:
Covers other people’s bodily injuries or death for which you are responsible. It also provides for a legal defense if another party in the accident files a lawsuit against you. Claims for bodily injury may be for such things as medical bills, loss of income or pain and suffering. In the event of a serious accident, you want enough insurance to cover a judgment against you in a lawsuit, without jeopardizing your personal assets. It is mandatory in all states.
Covers you if your car damages someone else’s property. Usually it is their car, but it could be a fence, a house or any other property damaged in an accident. It also provides you with legal defense if another party files a lawsuit against you. It is mandatory in all states.
Covers medical expenses to you and your passengers injured in an accident. There may also be coverage if a vehicle injures you while you are a pedestrian. This coverage applies regardless of who is at fault. Medical payments may also cover policyholders and their family members when they are injured while riding in someone else’s car.
Covers you, the insured members of your household and your passengers for bodily/personal injuries, damages, or death caused by an at-fault uninsured or hit-and-run driver. If you are involved in an accident where the other driver is at fault but has no insurance, your policy will cover your medical expenses and damage to your vehicle up to the limit on your policy.
Covers damage to your car when your car hits, or is hit by, another vehicle, or other object. Pays to fix your vehicle minus the deductible you choose. This is not required by a state, but if you have a loan or a lease then the lien holder will require it.
Covers your vehicle for losses resulting from incidents other than collision. For example, comprehensive insurance covers damage to your car if it is stolen; or damaged by flood, fire, or animals. It pays to fix your vehicle less the deductible you choose. This coverage is not required by a state, but your lender or lease company may require it.
There are many choices for your family’s homeowner insurance protection. Your home is usually your most valuable personal asset. Homeowner Insurance policies provide valuable protection for your most important asset, your home. Coverage can be against specific named causes of loss (fire, wind, lightning, hail, vandalism, etc.) or, better yet, coverage can be against any cause of loss except what the policy specifically excludes (earth movement, flood, etc.). Coverage can be obtained if you own your own home or condo, or if you are a renter. A Homeowner Insurance package includes coverage for the following:
Covers the value of the dwelling itself (not including the land). A renter’s insurance policy typically has no coverage for dwellings, although it has additional coverages for improvements.
These are structures that are separate from the house, or connected to the house by a fence, wire or other form of connection, but not otherwise attached to the dwelling, such as a tool shed or detached garage.
The contents of your home are your personal property. This includes furniture, appliances and clothing. Not all personal property is covered. Items more appropriately covered under different forms of insurance may have limited or no coverage for loss. These items include, but are not limited to, money, jewelry and firearms. When a loss occurs due to a covered peril and the dwelling becomes uninhabitable, the cost of additional living expenses is covered. Reimbursement of additional living expenses covers the cost to the insured for maintaining a normal standard of living.
Provides coverage for personal liability exposures such as premises, personal activities, pet exposures, some contracts, and certain incidental coverages. Business-related losses and auto-related losses are normally excluded. This protection includes two main areas of coverage. The first pertains to liability to other parties for bodily injury and property damage. The second pertains to medical payments expense to others, which is payable regardless of legal liability.
